Most affiliate content online is written to sell first and inform second. We do it the other way around. Before anything on this site is published, it goes through a defined research process, and this page explains exactly what that process is — so you don't have to take our accuracy on faith.
Not every statement on this site needs the same kind of proof. We sort claims into a few categories before we ever write a sentence:
Every section of this site follows the same basic steps:
Before anything is published, we specifically check for "evidence escalation" — where a writer accidentally makes a claim sound more certain than the underlying source actually supports. This is one of the most common ways affiliate content becomes misleading, even unintentionally, and it's the single biggest thing we check for.
Content on this site is periodically re-reviewed, not just written once and left alone. Pricing, ingredient sourcing, and claims are checked against current information, and anything found to be outdated or inaccurate is corrected.
We won't present a single ingredient study as proof that the full finished product works. We won't imply a supplement can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We won't quietly copy claims from other affiliate sites without checking them ourselves.
